So, it’s Monday once again. I spent all night tossing and turning in a sweaty nightmare-filled delirium. Awesome. Needless to say, I’m a little zonked this morning.

On a good note, I finished transcribing all of my notes into the cookbook last night. I don’t know if I’ll lift the reading ban quite yet though. I am compiling a list of dishes that I make pretty regularly and I need to write those recipes out in the cookbook. Or at least write them down on something so I can add them to the book later.

Okay, well, I am just sitting here staring at the keyboard. Not typing. Just staring. I just realized that I’ve been doing it for three minutes. So, I’m going to go to work now. Have a wonderful day. More soon. ~SC
