It is so friggin’ hot outside. Today and for the foreseeable future it is going to be around 36°C (96°F). Somebody should inform the weather that it is just now June and it is way too hot. I mean it is technically not even summer yet. We have 2 more weeks of spring left and we can’t even enjoy it without risking heat stroke. It is so hot that I am starting to develop heat rash on my hands and feet. Remember the box fans that I bought to use in the upstairs of Le Duke’s new house? Well, technically they are mine because I paid for them, because the business credit card would not work, so I brought one to Holliday Island to help circulate air. Ugh.

I spent most of yesterday getting stuff done so that I could doing nothing but watch Harry Potter last night. Most of the stuff I did was normal Saturday stuff. I ate lunch on assignment. I mowed the front yard over at Little Peddler/G-Man’s house. I baked cookies. I also did a bunch of stuff that has needed doing such as: I built a ukulele rack for Pancake Land. I fixed the knobs on the buffet. I did my Physics homework.

At some point while I was baking cookies, it’s funny how this always happens, people showed up. It was Word to Me and Big D. They had come by to “see the new flooring in the kitchen”. I think they could smell the cookies. Since it was Big D’s first time over since the new ordinance was past, I had to trap him in ice:

Today is Sunday which means I have house stuff to do. Teacher Sis just called about a trip to Sam’s Club, so I’d better go get my shoes on. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. More soon. ~SC
