It is Monday. Again. I had to drag myself out of the cavern of warmness this morning. The heat is finally breaking and, in true Arkansas fashion, it is not bothering to slowly segue into cool weather. I’m talking about a difference in temperature of around 27° on the Celsius scale (or around 50° in Fahrenheit) in a matter of 72 hours. It was roughly 38°C (100°F) on Saturday and tonight it is supposed to get down to 11°C (51°). That’s a pretty good shift. Seasons?! We don’t need no stinking seasons.

According to the radio, it’s Labor Day. Well, happy Labor Day to you I guess. All that Labor Day means to me is that the mail doesn’t run. Which is lame.

There is very little new and exciting stuff to share this morning. No new posts from my friends, no new SModcast, no new videos in my YouTube subscriptions, nothin’. It is probably because everyone except me is still asleep right now. I’m the only sucker getting up to go to work at a job where the boss isn’t even there.

Let’s see, what am going to be doing today… well, um, I’ll be packing orders I guess. Not that I can ship them, but I’ll get them packed up and ship them out first thing on Tuesday. Looks like I’ll be rocking the iPod most of today since no one will be around to constantly interrupt my flow while listening to audiobooks. Maybe I’ll finally get through “The Alchemyst” so I can move on to the handful of new audiobooks that Taco Planet got for me.
