The Indecisive Caturday Blues.

Kingston can’t make up his mind. He wants up on the desk. Then he wants down. He wants to be petted. Nope not anymore. Maybe he’ll just wander around meowing. Or attack the Venetian blinds. Or attack the dry erase board. Stupid markers. Sigh. He can’t make up his mind. Maybe he misses his mother. Maybe he’ll go poop instead. And not cover it up. Sleep on dad’s head? Sure, why not? All claws all the time.

Eazy is not giving a single shit/fuck. Not on Caturday.

Yesterday was begun with a breakfast on assignment. Then we went to see a man who rose from the grave about some canned raviolis. I acquired a can of biscuits as well. Forgot to put them in the fridge when we dropped the groceries off at the house. Came home to find a giant biscuit on the counter top. I think it stuck to the ceiling at some point. Scary. Glad I wasn’t home to witness it. Last time I was was here for that, it sounded like a gunshot. In the kitchen. Like a culinary drive-by.

I don’t really know why I’m talking in these short, punchy statements. Maybe I read too many of the Storetry posters that YEE-HAW press is selling on Etsy.

So, Teacher Sis and I did a lot of running around yesterday. We decided that we needed to visit a few places that are off our normal beaten path. AtoZ on Midland was a must. I scored a couple of bottles of hot sauce. I realized that I was seriously lacking in the hot sauce division of the condiment department of my fridge. AtoZ has a sweet buy one get one free deal on hot sauce, if you’re interested. After that, we went to the Dollar Tree where I acquired a clown nose and googly glasses. I also scored a glass coffee cup in preparation for my new fancy coffee maker that should be arriving any day now. Then it was off to Savers where I acquired a couple more coffee cups and a puffy, reversible, waterproof, winter trench coat. With a hood. It is red on one side and charcoal gray on the other. It is missing a button on the red side, but I found an extra in the pocket. It fits me like a glove. Just what I needed, another coat.

Anywho, I’ve got to get busy working on my list for the day. For the most part it consists of normal Sunday stuff, but I need to finish up a few things that I started on Friday as well. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. More soon. ~SC
