The Adventure Begins.

Good morning all. There’s so much to say I don’t really know where to begin. I guess a good place to start is wishing a very Happy Birthday to Prop Ninja. Be sure to wish her one as well.
It is Friday and that means that my new article (from last week) is up on the City Wire. If you’d like to read it, click here: Meat Fantasies Come True!
Also, the newest episode of Date Night is up and raring to go. Feel free to check it out. Thanks to everybody for their feedback on Episode One. We should have the new mics very soon and be able to record a third episode. And, as always, a big thank you goes out to Dave for adding the music score to the podcast.
Yesterday was a crazy day. It started out with a trip to the bank for Jesus where I acquired a boneless leg of lamb. (Don’t ask.) Then it was off to Lippincottonia where I helped the Royal Family get final packing done and sent them on their way. Then it was lunch time with Zaxxon and Little Miss Cotton. Then it was back to the studio to gather and pack up all of the stuff that we’ll be taking to the Little Craft Show in Fayetteville this weekend. Little Miss Cotton has agreed to help me work the show out of the goodness of her heart and for that I will repay her with granting her access to Nerdville.
You see, we have to go and set up the show tomorrow afternoon and then be back up there at 10am Saturday morning to work the show. The thought of driving up there, setting up, driving home, getting up early, driving back, working the show all day, tearing down, and driving home again has the phrase “driving” in it a little too often for my taste. Luckily, and coincidently, Teacher Sis and crew will be up in Springdale for the Anime festival. And they have a suite at the hotel. They have offered a spot on the floor to both me and LMC to help us not to have to do a lot of unnecessary and stupid driving. And it turns out that the hotel is only 10 minutes from the craft show. Hooray!
Free Hotel room + Anime Nerds + 10 Minute from the craft show = Win for Team Mudpuppy
Yeah, so there is still much to do before I depart. I must print directions and check on rental cars and drink more coffee. If you aren’t doing anything tomorrow, feel free to visit either Little Rock or Fayetteville and stop by to see either of the two Mudpuppy teams.
As for me, I’m off to it. Wish us luck. More soon. ~SC
