You know the old adage that bad things happen in threes? Well, I got number 3 last night. First there was the oven. Second came the heater. Now the dishwasher is not working. I mean it makes a lot of noise and water splashes around, but the cycle never goes anywhere. It just stays at the beginning. Imagine if you will that you are going to take a bath. And you turn the water on. Then you check the water temperature with your hand. Now keep doing that for an hour. That’s pretty much what the dishwasher is doing. I know, I know, this a white girl problem, but it still pisses me off. Now I have to unload the damned thing and rewash all of the dishes because they are covered in dishwasher detergent. Jerks.

Other than that bummer of a day closer, my day was pretty excellent yesterday. I was very productive. I made a post, wrote an article, and took my geography test. I vacuumed the living room, washed and folded laundry, and took out the trash. I made a menu and bought groceries for the week, including the ingredients for the upcoming S.A.N.D. meeting. I even started advancing the plan to turn the living room into a relaxing place for me to hang out by purchasing a hammock stand. (Things left to buy: floor lamp, small table, radio that plays sounds of ocean.)

Today is Monday. That means I’ve got studio stuff this morning (mugs), then tutoring this afternoon (Math), and class tonight (microbes). Luckily, I’ve got leftover pizza pie to eat during my breaks. Seriously, I made a pie. Crust on bottom, sauce and meat and cheese in the middle, crust on top. Brilliant.

I don’t have anything else fantastic to tell you this morning. Have a great week. More soon. ~SC

So what’s your recipe for the pizza pie? I could make that for Jackie for weeks and I doubt he would tire of it.
