Forgive me if this post is brief. I woke up with a crick in my neck and any time I move any part of my body a searing pain shoots from the back of my neck through my skull and bursts out my right eye.

In response to my Ja-Pan post yesterday, Andi the Numbers sent me a video about how to make melon pan. Only it’s narrated by a French poodle with a Japanese accent. This promptly became my new favorite thing to watch in the world. For those of you who never watch the videos, please make it a point to watch this one. It is a very fair account of how it felt to be in Japan. Anyways, enjoy:

Okay, well, I’ve got a meeting this morning. Then tutoring this afternoon. And class this evening. I’m going to go try and soak my neck in scalding hot water for a while to try and relax it. Wish me luck. Have a pleasant Monday. More soon. ~SC
