I’d like to start out today by wishing a very Happy Anniversary to my Nanny and Papa. They’ve been married a really, really long time.

This weekend passed in a blur of baking, boiling, eating, and button mashing. Note that sleeping was not one of the things on my list. So, by yesterday afternoon I was worthless. I had a headache, no appetite, could barely keep my eyes open, and was starting to get really grumpy. I thought it best to stop playing video games over at the Furious/Mick house and come home and call it an early night. And somehow, I managed to get to bed by 10:15. And I was out like a light. Sleeping is underrated.

Today is Monday. Let the meetings begin!

Oh, wait. The first one is postponed already. Thanks Gmail. Oh, a new meeting has replaced it. Jeezus. The good news is that the meetings and postponings can only go on until 3:30 because I have tutoring. Even if tutoring gets postponed, I’ll know by then. And then it is time to bake cookies. Of the experimental variety. With rainbows. I think Little Miss Cotton and Oxi are coming over to help. Cookies and rainbows. Who else did you expect to come over to help me?
