Sloppy Joe, The Man-Witch Of The West.

Hey everybody. It is Friday. And that means my weekend is about 42 minutes away from being one hectic nonstop crazy train.
Yesterday, I spent most of the day feeling like total butt. I was tired and grumpy and coffee deprived the majority of the day. And then I had a lady reach around inside my mouth with a sharp metal stick and scrape calcareous bacterial colonies off of my teeth. The rest of the day was spent in sort of a Dude-like daze of trying to get stuff done without really exerting any energy. Since today is going to be so crazy, I went ahead and took care of my normal Friday duties in Lippincottonia as well. In preparation for this coming three days of crazy, I went to bed as earlier as humanly possible last night.
So what is so crazy about today? Well, this morning I have a meeting of course. And that’ll go to about 11. Then for the next five hours or so that follow I will doing a “tap-out”. There’s a special at Southtown where you get to be tattooed for as long as you can stand it for only $450 bucks. Since we’ve calculated that my mystical tattoos of aquatic protection will take roughly five hours, Dave and I decided that would be the smartest course of action. So, yeah. Five hours of tattooing today. On my legs. First ones below the belt. Also the most detailed full color pieces that I’ve gotten so far.
So, after five hours of lying around and being altered physically, I get a bit of a break before the real fun begins. Tonight, the Pathfinders continue our adventure to the capital and ultimately against the clockwork hordes from outer space. Or something like that.
That’s my Friday. Tomorrow, I’ve got clearance shopping with Teacher Sis in the morning and then baking with Team Rainbow Cookie in the evening. We’re making a rum cake for Sunday. What’s Sunday, you ask? It’s the pirate themed birthday/bon voyage party of course. Note to self: locate clear mustache wax.
So yeah, my weekend is pretty crazy. And looking at the clock, I’d better get moving. Have a wonderful, if not busy, weekend. More soon. ~SC
