So, yesterday. I waited around for emails most of the day. That’s not all I did, but it was the theme for sure. So, around quitting time, The Rev. Dark Wombat called me requesting my help in making spicy veggie soup, so I headed to the grocery store with him. (This also allowed me to pick up a few ingredients for cookies this weekend. More on that later.) At the store, I found these on the clearance bakery rack:

Yes, that’s right. We found iced Devil’s food cake donut holes rolled in sprinkles. And they were labeled “Devils Cake Holes”. Awesome. Were they delicious? Seriously?! Yeah. They were to delicious what taste buds on your butthole is to terrifying and emotionally scarring.

Then we made soup. It was filled with evil. After dinner we sat around watching videos. At one point this link popped up in a video that read “Want to get your PhD in Heresy?” Well, shit yeah I do! Where do I sign up? By the end of the exercise, I had two diplomas. One, a PhD in Heresy and the other, a Doctor of Disbelief. That’s Dr. Sandwich Control to you, mister. I don’t really go in for the shouting at religion stuff, mainly because I don’t care what crazy stuff people want to believe in, but I had to get my degrees. I mean my bosses keep talking about me needing degrees, so…these are totally going on the wall in my office at the school. Plus, if any wants to buy me that “Darwin is my Homeboy” shirt, I wear a medium.

Okay, so I’ve a meeting this morning (of course), then I think we are going to try and shoot arrows this afternoon. Tonight, no plans. Tomorrow, lunch on assignment with Word to Me and Pathfinder that evening. It won’t be very exciting, but if you wanna come listen to us talk nerdy, you’re welcome to join us. Join us.
