I’d like to start out today’s post by wishing a very Happy Birthday to Zaxxon. Be sure to wish him one as well.

Have you ever noticed how incredibly weird the original Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is? It’s a really bizarre movie. The weird ambiguous period stuff. Are we in America or Western Europe? Who knows? What year is it? Why is that guy wheeling around a cart covered in meat cleavers? So many unanswered questions. We wound up watching that (the RiffTrax version) last night instead of playing Pathfinder. Oxi couldn’t make it and it would have been silly to start a campaign without one of the players. So, instead we listened to Mike Nelson and Neil Patrick Harris make fun of the children in Willie Wonka. Good times.

I managed to get my stuff done yesterday. Go me! I turned in my homework stuff before I went to lunch. Then I ran a few errands with Word to Me and a few more errands with Teacher Sis. Then, I went to the Death Star with the Rev. Dark Wombat and picked up my new hard drive. I’ve been meaning to get one for a while and yesterday seemed like the perfect day to do so. It is currently plugged in over at the Furious/Mick household copying everything from RDW’s hard drives. Next on the agenda: The Furious/Mick’s hard drives. Then, Dave’s. I want it all.
