Mornin’ all. I’d like to start out today’s post by wishing a very Happy Birthday to Little Miss Cotton. Be sure to wish her one as well.

How was your weekend? Mine was pretty uneventful. It culminated yesterday with me deciding to go ahead and build the new target for our archery practice. After I got the supplies, The Rev. Dark Wombat and Black Jack Josh helped me build the monstrous thing. It’s eight feet by eight feet. It’s big. After we got the thing upright, we had to shoot it. Plus, I wanted to try out our new tiny bow. A fletching burn and a quarter size blood blister on my forearm later, we decided to take a dinner break.

I came home, took a shower, and ate some leftovers. RDW called to tell me that he really needed to get out of the house, so I told him to come on over. We sat around working on Pathfinder stuff for a while until Dave called to say that he had a copy of The Raid: Redemption. We promptly packed up our gear and headed over to his house. Let me just say this, if you like martial arts movies, gore, and ultraviolence, watch this movie. Here’s a taste:

Today is a busy day. I probably have a meeting this morning. Then class around noon. Then tutoring this afternoon. And Batman only knows what after that. I hope you all have a dull Monday. Try to stay dry. More soon. ~SC
