A Monday Dressed In Caturday’s Clothing.

Yesterday was a lie.

You might not have thought it was Monday, but it was. What it did was just delay all of the normal Monday badness, compiled interest on it, and dumped it on Tuesday’s shoulders. As if Tuesday didn’t have to suffer enough, what with Fundamentals of Economic Analysis for the Workplace and all, but then we dump Monday’s problems on it, too. We are bastards. Tuesday, you’re a trooper. Whoever thought Monday holidays were a good idea, was an idiot. I’m sure they went into it thinking “You know, Mondays suck. Let’s skip it.” Wrong. It doesn’t skip it, it just postpones it. On the other hand, whoever invented the Friday holiday, or even better the Thursday holiday, was a genius. Get the party started a day earlier. Man, I love Thanksgiving.

So, I attempted to treat yesterday like a Monday. I didn’t show up for classes or anything stupid, but I got a bunch of work done. Articles are written. Homework is completed and submitted. I even bribed Prop Ninja and Zab’z to clean my house. Most of it anyway. I cleaned my office. I wasn’t going to torture anyone else with that feat.

After the work was done, I started playing with my new camera. No, not the adventure camera, the new new one. My grown-up camera. With the lenses and awesomeness. Sometimes, having a grown-up job is awesome. Anyway, I’m having to learn to use this ridiculous thing. What better subjects to try it out on than my handsome boys:

Kingston 2.

Eazy 3.

Yeah. Handsome in high definition. For the ladies. Check out the General Photos page for more ridiculously handsome cat photos. Also, a terrifying photo of the Rev. Dark Wombat.

After photo play time, it was time for pain. We headed to the gym. It’s really not that bad. Sure it is not great, but compared to my economics class, it’s a treat.

What’s on the agenda for today? Not much. A few errands, archery, and class. Maybe a pizza. Mmm…pizza. More soon. ~SC
