Happy Friday kids. We made it. 

So, yesterday was relatively unproductive. I did, however, manage to take a handful of photos. Enough to start a new 2012 gallery page under General Photos. So, be sure to check them out.

The main thing that happened yesterday was that I got blindsided by awesomeness. Last night, after dinner, the Rev. Dark Wombat and I were showing a couple of the Japanese girls random videos on YouTube. As always, this slowly digressed into watching Metal videos. And as with all digression into Metal, we finally wound up at Manowar. We didn’t really know which video to watch, so I just went with this one because it looked awesome. I was not ready for just how awesome it actually is. And you are not ready. You are about to be Manowarred. Or as Dave put it, ManAward. Brace yourself.

Just like an eagle needs to fly. Dude.

And is it just me, or does their bass player look like Alan Rickman’s very muscular metalhead brother? Creepy.

So, then the Google image searching began. At some point, I was laughing so hard that no noise was coming out, tears were streaming from my eyes, drool was pouring from my mouth, and I really thought I was going to have a panic attack. The Rev. was not in much better shape. We had the man giggles. And the Japanese girls were terrified. One sec we were laughing and having a good time and the next we are crying and wheezing while being totally incomprehensible. I mean, seriously, look at this shit:

How can you not think that this is over the top awesomeness. He has a tattoo of a fucking snake wrapping around a stone hammer on his arm dude. Dude.

Okay, well fine. I thought it was awesome.
