The Agression-Depression Catharsis Hypothesis.

Yesterday was good day. Plenty of chili cheesy hotdog roll-ups to go around.

The biggest breakthrough for yesterday was getting pointed in the right direction for my psychology paper. My professor steered me toward some research having to do with the effects of using aggression as a coping mechanism for depression. I’m going to spin it so that it has to do with Heavy Metal. The music not the movie. And since I’ve got so many wonderful nearly rhyming words, I think that instead of writing an essay, I’ll write an epic poem. Maybe in Old English. That’s pretty Metal, right? Yeah, I thought so. Maybe I’ll start it off with “We came from the land of the ice and snow. From the midnight sun, where the harsh winds blow.” Whatcha think?

Yesterday was also a Tim Minchin kind of day, so I am going to make today a Minchinable day for you. So, a song after my own heart:

And something a bit more deep:

So beautiful.

Okay, I’ve got to go ready for my day of hard living. First up, a massage. More soon. ~SC
