Oh, My God, It Has Its Own Shadow!

Last night, during our Pathfinder game, Furious Jessy hit me in the forehead with her D10. This was before she got drunk.
Yesterday, after rescuing Word to Me from an undead car battery, I spent the majority of the day in my office staring at infuriating innernet. I was working on my portfolio for Fundamentals of Economic Analysis for the Workplace. I did take a break for lunch, though. I went all next level food chemistry when I made jambalaya with red beans and chicken cordon bleu sausage. Word to Me repaid my kindness by bringing me a cupcake. I got my pick of the assortment from Sweet Boutique. In keeping with the theme, I went with the maple bacon pancake cupcake. So good.
After all of that fun time. We played Pathfinder. This was the final chapter in this campaign. It culminated with us running smack dab into a brass dragon. I almost talked our way out of having to fight until Back Alley Trey said loudly to Furious Jessy that he wanted to burn the dragon’s face off. Since Jackie the Mick was losing his patience with us by this point, the dragon heard BAT make the comment and proceeded to kick the shit out of us. I’m sure it didn’t help that FJ said something about wanting to ride the dragon “like a little horse”. Very proud creatures, dragons. Long story short, we won. We didn’t kill the dragon, because I healed it right before it was going to die and then convinced it to kick the shit out of all of the baddies lying in wait in the back of the cave. Then, I looted their corpses. So it goes.
Enough of that silliness. If you want to hear more, you’ll have to check out the new podcast that is coming soon called “the Devil You Know” or something. I can’t remember what it is called. Just know that it is coming soon. As well as the show I recorded in Japan of the Rev. Dark Wombat’s game “Falcon’s Reacharound”. New podcasts!
Today is another day of economic portfolio bullshit. But, I need fuel for this fire. So, first thing is brunch at Emmy’s in honor of Jackie the Mick’s birthday. Mmm. . . all you can eat German breakfast for $9. Just get there before 11. Otherwise, the price doubles.
Okay, I’m outta here. More soon. ~SC
