I have 25 minutes left.

I got a message this morning that I have to be at work by 8:50. That doesn’t leave us a lot of time. So, I’ll be brief.

Yesterday, was pretty cool. I went grocery shopping. I bought about 50 pounds of peppers for hot sauce. I shot some arrows. I made calzones. I began the hot sauce making process.

Making hot sauce is a lot of work. Just know that if you receive a bottle of my hot sauce for Grismas, I worked my ass off making it. For you. Hours of prepping and days of nurturing the fermentation process. Hot sauce is a delicate art. Don’t take it for granted or I’ll fill a water gun with it and go after your eyes.

Today I tutor until lunchish. Or maybe noonish. Then, more hot sauce. I still have two giant sacks of peppers left to puree. And I am running out of room. And garlic.
