Man, white people are crazy.

Yesterday was a day of free books. So many free books. I know what you’re thinking. That’s just what I needed, more books. But, I don’t care what you think. I can never have enough. Especially when they’re free. And I got a lot of them:

The three books on movies I actually had to go hunt down. Let me explain. A friend of mine, who is a professor at the university, is getting ready to move. And books are heavy. So, she decided to spread the wealth (of knowledge) around. La Duchess called me to let me know this exciting news, since she has been made the coordinator of this undertaking. More power to me. And yes, Furious Jessy, I got you a few of those books. You can probably guess which ones. Anyway, the 3 film books had made their way to Savers. I had to go rescue them.

After that fun time, it was time to party. And by party, I mean go over to one of my favorite Exchanger’s apartment and eat a lot of delicious fish and rice, Niger style. This is a pretty good summary of the party:

Today is a day of ear lowering and punching bad guys. A lot of punching. Word to Me and I are off to see Johnny Fox first thing this morning. Then, lunch. And Batman only knows what’ll happen after that. At some point I have to don the tattered robes of Larry Jenkins once again. And then it’ll be clobbering time.
