I woke up to the Clash again this morning.

Yesterday, was a pretty laid back day. Shamrock swung by the house on his way to meet up with the folks and he had a lady friend with him. Uh oh. Unsuspecting person. In my house. For the first time…

Knuckle.

She handled it like a champ. And this is one of my new favorites.

The reason why they came by was to, in the Warehouse Music tradition, bring me an advance copy of the new Fauxnz EP. Granted, I bought it. But, still, I have it before it is “released”. After that coolness, Larry Jenkins spent the day training with Máscara de la Venganza. And by training, I mean that Larry took off his robes and bracers and let Máscara try to him. Eventually, Máscara hit him enough to level up. It just took a while. Mathematically speaking, Máscara had a better chance of punching himself in the face, thus depleting his own supply of hits points, before he depleted Larry’s hit points. It was a lot of fun. For Larry. Who kept giving Máscara potions of cure moderate wounds. Ah, nothing quite like level one combat.

Today is Monday. Ugh. I am working with my student today, of course. But I have a special treat for him this morning. We’re going to help K at Underground Ink move some really heavy stuff before we begin our lesson. Nothing quite like manual labor to make you appreciate comfortable office chairs. And on that note, I must away to poop.
