I’m Okay With That.

And if I had to do it all over again, I would.

Okay, I felt a little bad leaving you guys hanging yesterday, what with the anti-post and all, so I decided to recap my Saturday for you. Briefly.

My shoulder hurt a lot. I ate some tacos. I bought some stuff. My shoulder hurt some more. I bought some Bayer aspirin for muscle and back pain. I took said aspirin. I got the jitters. I looked at the bottle more closely. The pills also contained a metric shitload of caffeine. It didn’t make my shoulder stop hurting. In addition to not helping my shoulder, it made my stomach upset. So, shoulder is really hurting, stomach is upset, and I’m all shaky.

This is how I went into Pathfinder. After a nice relax in the beanbag chair and a good bout of distraction in the Real World, I forgot my mundane world problems. For a while anyway.

For a while. For a while. Wanna do some blow?

For a while. For a while. Wanna do some blow?

Yesterday, I did a lot of lying around. I needed to rest my shoulder as much as possible. So far, it seems to have worked. At least a little bit. The shoulder isn’t excruciating. But it is early and I haven’t worked out yet. The Blacksmith has assured me that we’ll go easy on my shoulder this week. We shall see.

Last night, this happened on DS9:

Yeah. Shit got real.

Today is Monday. Five days until my first ever merchandising event. Bubba Fett and I will be manning the Sandwich Control booth at the River Valley Roller Girls double header. This Saturday. 6:00pm. At the Fort Smith Convention Center. Be there. Buy some stuff.

That means I’ll be late to Pathfinder. They’ll survive without me for a little while.

I also found this yesterday:

Intriguing.

Crap. I’ve gotta go. The sweat gods demand a sacrifice.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
