Let Me Get This Straight.

You want me to do what with that pentacle of salt on the floor? The one you are trapped inside of? Ri-i-i-i-i-ight…

I’d like to start out today’s post by wishing a very Happy Birthday to the Blacksmith. Be sure to wish him one as well.

I slept in yesterday. I slept in today. I hate to admit it, but getting up a 5am really makes you feel like you get stuff done in a day. Yesterday felt so rushed and went by so quickly. It feel as though I didn’t get very much done. Even though I did a normal amount of stuff. I’ve been trapped in getting up early world. Dammit.

The good news is that Teacher Sis and Lord Steel Bear and I went out and found a new dishwasher yesterday. And that new dishwasher is now installed in my kitchen. Hooray.

I also scored some more records at yet another estate sale. I also got another album that will be filed under “Bad Ideas By White People”. This one by Loretta Lynn:

Yeah. It has Harper Valley PTA on it.

In other exciting news, West Brom totally won against Norwich yesterday! WBA ended the match 1-0. Yeah. We won. I know. It’s weird.

As for today feeling rushed, I have to write this post, go take a shower bath, do some laundry, clean the kitchen, and prepare for a trip to Little Rock. I’m heading down to see my baby. And by my baby, I mean Noble Education Initiative. They are doing the first-ever, in the history of the world, high school start-up weekend. I’m so proud.

Imagine that, but that opportunity given to high school students. Allowing them to flush out ideas that they have for businesses and watching them take flight. It’s pretty rad.

So, I’m going down to show my support.

And on that note, I’d better get started on my stuff.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
