I’m So Sweaty.

I think I’ve sprung a leak.

I probably consumed nearly 2 gallons of water yesterday. Some of that water had Gatorade in it. It has electrolytes. It’s what plants crave.

No, seriously, I didn’t stop sweating yesterday. From workout, until bedtime, I was sweating. I was concerned for about 45 seconds. Then, I remembered that I am medicated for worrying about things like this.

It was a long day. A day of not stop doing stuff in the humid Arkansas springtime. Oh, yeah kids, it isn’t summer yet. We still have 3 weeks to go before summer starts. I’d invest in a 5 gallon water jug if I were you. I know I am. And I’m mounting straps to it so I can wear it like a backpack. Maybe I’ll rig it up as an IV drip.

Yesterday, I was once again saw no ponies. I, instead, took apart an old trampoline and “disposed” of it. You don’t want to know. That took most of my day. That and making peanut butter & jelly sandwiches and lemonade for the kids. Never a dull moment.

After work, I came home and mowed my grass in the sweltering heat. This was dumb. But I had no choice. Forecasts was predicting rain and the grass was out of control as it was.

The good news, was that I had a pile of packages waiting for me. My new socks showed up. My new clear stickers came in from Sticker Mule. I got replacement parts for my ecig. It was a nice surprise.

I realized I hadn’t really eaten all day, so I made a grown-up dinner of TMNT mac-n-cheese with smoked sausage in it.

Then, I met up with Teacher Sis for an impromptu “treasure run” in the humid bowels of the Bog of Eternal Stench. Stupid gym clothes. I made $6 out of the deal, though.

I also found this:

Today is Thorsday. The usual rules apply. Workout first thing. Then, bank run for Jesus. Then, work. Then, bed.

And with that, I’m outta here.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
