May the Third was a shitshow.

Whoever thought that doing construction on the interstate at the same time as a motorcycle rally was a good plan is a fucking idiot.

Add the terrifying little drops of water falling from the sky to the mix and getting anywhere in town just became a clusterfuck of skiddish bad drivers, motorcyclists with a death wish, and me who is just trying to do my fucking job. Don’t worry though. None of us can get up enough speed to cause any real damage.

Yesterday was just one long montage of drive three feet then pause for thirty seconds then drive three more.

It’s best just to assume that if you are approaching a stop light that you WILL get stopped by it. Every single one of them.

Luckily yesterday is over.

And today is here.

I’m about to go get Mr. Boobodie and head to the Everyday Superhero 5k. Where I will proceed to win.

After that it’s back to the house to work on getting everything ready for Aldis the Goldenboy’s birthday party.

I have so much stuff to spray paint. I really need it to stop raining for the rest of the day. K? Thanks.

I’ve got my contacts grabbing my free comics for me since I will be busy all day today and won’t be able to hit my regular spot.

Tomorrow is another early and busy day. Two of the kiddos have first communion, so I’ll have to dress like an adult and go get blessed or something.

I’ll do my best not to whisper “Wakanda Forever”.
