Sometimes You Just Gotta Throw Up a Cat.

And sometimes you don’t.

What a weekend.

I crashed pretty early after basketball practice on Friday night.

My shoulder had been a little twingy all day from workout.

I either lifted too heavy or lost form as I fatigued.

Probably both.

Whatever the case, we decided to rest Saturday and workout on Sunday instead.

So after a lazy morning’s breakfast and coffee, I spent the rest of the day reading.

And then they drug me out of the house to look at Grismas lights.

It drained the last of my will to be awake…

On Sunday we did the gnarly cardio workout that had been scheduled for Saturday.

My shoulder is feeling much better now.

I’m glad we rested.

After workout, I got busy around the house.

I finished the crafts I was making for siblings for Grismas.

And I played in the kitchen for a couple of hours.

Then we ate the last of the amazing Mexican food and I went to hide from the children for a little while…

Between all the sugar they’ve been consuming en masse, it being winter break from school, and the general excitement of Grismas, they were getting on my last nerve.

After they all wound down for the night, I was able to creep back out of my hiding spot and go to bed.

This week is Grismas.

Which means it’s going to get fucking insane.

I should probably go drink some coffee.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
