Essentially.

Today’s theme is: essential.

Yesterday was a lot.

First and foremost it was a Monday.

Which holds its own special brand of hell.

Then I had all of Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday’s crap from last week’s stay-at-home adventure.

And one of my client’s dog finished his training session so I had to pick up the baby boy.

He missed me.

He hugged me for like 5 minutes once we got in the car.

Such a sweetie.

After we got back and I sorted him out, I got to play shuffle with all the kids and their sportsball/social obligations.

I snuck some dinner in, planned two weeks worth of photoshoots, turned down a job reffing high school soccer (for the time being), and studied to actually learn how to be a soccer ref.

I’m back at it reading and learning the Laws of the Game (21/22 Edition).

I’ve paid my fees and submitted my background check.

Now I just have to learn the shit and pass the test.

One step closer to making children, and hopefully their parents, cry.

I can’t wait for my family to heckle me from the bleachers.

“What are you fucking blind?!”

It’s gonna be great.

Anyway, that was my blur of a Monday.

Today I have a list of stuff that I didn’t get around to doing yesterday.
