It Appeared To Me To Be A Little Hookish.

The crowd has no idea that I am taking this.

The show at the Mother Earth Community Garden went very well. Talked to lots of people, handed out lots of business cards. I did not sell any paintings, but I am used to that by now. I know that I don’t sell paintings at art shows. I sell them, or trade them, or give them as gifts, all from the comfort of my own home.

I was going to say that I have never sold a painting at one of my shows, but that is simply not true. I have sold one. It was at an art show that I did at the School House Apartments. I sold one of my smaller painting to a girl who, um, had a slightly unhealthy obsession with me. I don’t like to throw the term “stalked” around lightly, but you know the old Russian version of Cinderella don’t you? It goes like this: If shoe fits, wear it. (I would like to thank Commander Pavel Chekov, circa Star Trek VI, for that brilliant line.)

So, with that show out of the way, I can focus on the Secret Doctor Book and on making a special gift for Rosco the Furious Mick, whose birthday I missed because I am a terrible Uncle.

I am going to update the Daily Photographs, since I got home too late to do it last night, as well as add a few new photographs to Page Four of General Photographs, so check them out.

I am off to do grown up stuff. More soon. ~SC
