It’s Very Tight.

My timing this morning, that is.

Yesterday, I spent most of the day putting out the fires that La Duchess had managed to start in the week I was gone. I also got a theater block built. Then I came home, rushed to WalMart*to buy bedding for the dogs so that they don’t freeze to death, and returned from the store with enough time to get the bedding laid out before one of my students showed up for their lesson. Then, Teacher Sis and Lord Steel Bear came over to try and solve the mystery of why the heater wouldn’t come on. (They got me a new thermostat and it is quite toasty in here now.) T.S. and I snuck an episode of ST:TNG in while L.S.B. was doing something with wiring. They split and it was a quesadilla time. Then bed.

Why am I so rushed this morning? Because Big D will be here any minute to pick me up. I’m helping them grocery shop for Jesus this morning. It is a surprisingly high security affair, so I feel pretty honored to get to go. That’s why I’m in such a rush. That and I stayed in my warm and comfortable bed until 7. This sums up how I feel this morning:

Yep. It’s exciting. After grocery shopping, it’s back to work putting out fires. Anyways, gotta run. More soon. ~SC
