Simple Machines.

Are the reason we created complex machines.

And also why we can’t have nice things.

I cut a bunch of my chipboard down to 4×6 inch cards yesterday. By hand. And then I moved on to a sliding paper cutter. And then to a giant swing arm paper cutter. And then I took a stack of 50 of the 20×24 inch sheets to my pal at a printing company. 5 minutes after I got there she was done cutting them. And I was 1000 cards richer.

I saved 30+ sheets of the 20×24 in case I need/want to print some bigger stuff. I might have enough type now to print this Terry Pratchett quote that I really like. So that might be happening.

I also lined up a bunch of things with work yesterday. Big things are in the works. No. Not those things. Whatever you were imagining I was referencing, you were mistaken.

I got a package from my buddy Shea at Eight Eleven Press yesterday, too.

Check Boxes

Getting mail from Eight Eleven always brightens my day. And yesterday needed it. It had the funk on it and I just couldn’t shake it.

And my shoulder hurts. And my wrist. Fuckin’ Gary.

Today? No clue. Maybe printing something.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
