And other crude drawings on a dry erase board.

Today’s song is “Yakety Sax”, aka the Benny Hill theme, by Boots Randolph. It is being brought to you today by Bug and Shamrock.

I was hoping to have Back Alley Troy in today’s photo, but he has health problems. Let’s send B.A.T. some feel better vibes today. And while we’re sending feel better vibes out, let’s send some in Queen Bee’s direction as well. Get to feeling better you two!

Yesterday was exhausting.

I spent a lot of yesterday running errands. Doing the bank run for Jesus. Dropping off of stuff. Picking up stuff. Shopping for and assembling props. Just a whole lot of running around.

Oh, and I shot the Daily Photo at some point…

"Fried Chicken & Coffee"

“Fried Chicken & Coffee”

Mmm… red beans and rice…

I just looked up the nutritional facts on their red beans and rice. Not too bad. If you don’t mind consuming 1740mg (73%) of your daily allowance of sodium in one go. And this why we don’t look up nutritional facts on the innernet or watch hotdogs being made.

This also explains why I get so effing thirsty after eating them.

Worth it.

To be fair, it also contains 15g of fiber and 21g of protein. And it tastes amazing.

But anyway.

Today is going to be a long day.

Workout first thing. Cardio day. Ugh.

Then, work.

And the photo.

And then… Capt. America.

We are going at 7 if you want to join us.

Tomorrow I’m printing in the studio. Great Scott is coming down the hill to film me printing. I’m excited to see what she comes up with. I might also be modeling for a photo series she’s working on.

After that is roller derby.

Sunday is the run through for next weekend’s craft show with Teacher Sis and Janie J.

And that’s my weekend.

So much for rest days.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
