At some point I just had to slow down and tell your girlfriends “What’s up?” and “I’m old enough to be your dad.” They sure do like to “party”…

Today is Friday.

It’s the beginning of a holiday weekend which means that everyone is going to be in my way and total dicks about it.

I can hardly wait.

I’ve made two playlists for the day.

One of Penguin Cafe to keep me calm…

And for when that gets too sleepy, I’ve made one of Red Baraat…

Between those two, I should survive the day.

Now. To workout I go!
