Made of rubber bands that are stretched to breaking point.

That’s how I felt at the end of yesterday.

Needless to say, I was tired.

It was a long and stressful day.

Workout was gnarly. It didn’t help that when I got in the car I hadn’t set the time ahead and it was still an hour earlier than I was used to waking up.

That middle finger to my sleepy brain was how the day started.

I had to take care of a few things for work…

Monday, March 12

Mostly errands. Nothing too strenuous. Just a lot of little things.

It kept me running all day.

Between that and the lousy sleep I got Sunday night, it wrecked me. Or finished wrecking me from my workout.

I’ve got to start sleeping better.

This is killing me.

I can’t stay up all night overanalyzing everything and trying to solve a million problems. Been there. Done that. I can’t take much more of it.

That’s why I treated myself to sleeping until 7 this morning. I deserved a little extra rest.

I should be finishing up the weather proofing of my furniture for the bee hives today. I’ve also got a few errands to run. But other than that, I’m hoping to get in a little studio time this evening.

All right.

This coffee isn’t gonna drink itself.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
