I’d like to begin this morning by wishing a very Happy Birthday to Pancake Land. Be sure to do so as well.

I guess that means that August is here and July has gone away…

Jeezus.

That went by fast.

Which is strange given how long the days feel.

And yesterday was no exception.

I started the day with a run with #poorstanley and then had to nap.

Then I worked all day.

I rounded the work day out by helping Teacher Sis sort robot parts in her classroom.

Then I ate a bit of dinner and started mucking out the carport. The new dumpster is very tall.

I ended my day by researching getting ordained as a minister so that I can marry Prince Jazzbo and Modesty Blaise in New Orleans in October.

So that’s Guatemala this month for Le Duc’s birthday, Bentonville next month for Dea Pea and King’s wedding, and New Orleans in October for my brother’s wedding.

I have a busy couple of months coming up.

I should probably go do some push-ups. I have a feeling all of those celebrations will be serving food that I’ll want to eat too much of.

I also need to get ordained, get paid, drive up the hill for work, and watch stories with the Rev. Dark Wombat. A busy start to a busy autumn.
