I’d like to begin this morning by wishing a very Happy Birthday to Stan Stan the Rockman. Be sure to wish him a happy one as well.

Yesterday was a cloudy day.

I needed a lot of coffee to keep from falling asleep.

Overall my workload was fairly light, so I got to have a lunch date with Jitterbug.

It was pretty quiet afternoon after that.

So we just rolled with it and let it flow into a quiet evening.

I wanted to set the mood of the weekend as early as possible.

I’m hoping to have a quiet and restful weekend.

In an attempt to recover from the last few weeks of going hard.

Also, I really want to sit and read comics.

I’m gonna try to sit still, but we all know I’m not great at that.

Rest, comics, coffee, salads.

Maybe a run.
