Happy Dog Day!

She knows that she’s not supposed to be on the bed.

Yet there she is.

On my side of the bed to boot.

Asshole.

I was way less grumpy yesterday.

Mainly because I got to just wander around the house doing stuff that needed doing. All without people interrupting me for cod only knows what.

Mostly I did some overdue tidying.

I organized and boxed single issue comics that I’d read. I integrated trade paperbacks and graphic novels that I’ve read into the bookcase. I cleaned the kitchen and ran the dishwasher.

Then cleaned the kitchen and ran the dishwasher again.

Mostly I just wandered around the house in my sweats. Drinking coffee and muttering to myself.

The best things in life, really.

If you’re a crazy person.

Today is Monday.

And it is back to the grind.

Course ground hopefully.

If it’s too fine it’ll clog the filter and coffee will pour all over the counter.

All right. Time to get a move on.
