Letting Them Hear Their Own Fear.

As it weeps from their pores.

I’m up to 27 certificates at the office.

And 186 books for the year.

And 1107.4 miles which is 2,251,966 steps in 2020 so far.

Jitterbug thinks that I should shoot for 2,892 miles for the year.

That’s the distance across the United States.

So sayeth Google anyway.

The scary part is that it’s not completely out of the question.

It is doable.

That’s only 9.8 miles a day.

And I’m averaging about 7 on a run day.

Ugh. That’s like adding another 4,000 steps on to my day.

Every day for the rest of the year.

I’m definitely gonna need better shoes for this.

And I’ll definitely need to sit way less.

I didn’t get a good run in yesterday because all the salad I ate on Sunday hit me around the 3/4 mile mark and I had to hold my poop in for another 1.75 miles.

After almost shitting my pants and then having to attempt to wipe a really sweaty ass, I gave up and just showered.

That’s how my Monday started.

After breakfast and coffee and coffee and coffee, I headed to work.

Which was batshit insane.

I had stopped by the office 5 times before lunch.

Because I was all over the damn place.

I finally got done around 4:30 and headed home to work on hanging up the hobo painting Dave found in the goat barn.

I also took advantage of having the house to myself for 15 glorious minutes…

I’m seriously craving black beans burgers these days.

Cropdusting the kids’ bedrooms is really getting me through the days right now.

Speaking of getting me through the day, I need to get to stepping if I’m gonna walk “across America”.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
