So I totally didn’t go run yesterday.
I got my shoes on and everything.
And then gravity just wouldn’t let my tired ass out of the chair.
I just stayed a tired-ass all day.
I even had to drink a real cup of coffee in the afternoon to make it through.
Normally after the first cup I switch to half-caf or decaf for the rest of the day.
Last night’s sandwich was a Chicken Parm.
Fuck, those are so good.
Today is gonna be a rainy one.
Good thing I need to do a bunch of driving and getting in and out of the rain all day.
Let’s hope the morning coffee holds me through until lunch.
