to derive or obtain (pleasure, comfort, etc.) from a particular source:
He extracted satisfaction from the success of his sons.
to take or copy out (matter), as from a book.
noun
something extracted.
a passage taken from a book, article, etc.; excerpt; quotation.

After my nice restful Saturday, I got back to being my tired and irritable self yesterday.

I got the light fixture in the kids’ bathroom swapped out for one with a bright-ass LED and a vent fan.

So I got to climb up in the attic with the dust and the fiberglass and the not a lot of wiggle room in which to operate.

That is always a way to set the mood of my day.

And that was a little poem.

I also burned all the rest of the jungle we had cut down and stacked in the backyard.

That’s how I spent my day off from workout.

Today is Monday and back to training.

I’ve got a weight workout this morning.

Then work.

And my second COVID vaccination.

Then a run this evening.

And planning photoshoots.

Just another manic Monday.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
