Hey.

It’s Monday again.

Yesterday’s theme was: activity.

That’s a photo of me doing an activity.

On Saturday I took apart the old fire pit and rebuilt it again.

On Sunday I fired a fire in the newly remade fire pit.

Goddess be praised.

Today’s theme is: groan.

That’s me doing the face touching thing that I do about 1,000 times throughout the day.

My palm will rotate from that position about 90 degrees clockwise and then slide down the face and beard.

The combination of my groan/sigh and smashing my nose in the hand sweeping motion is most soothing to my brain chemicals.

It releases just enough of whatever to prevent me from choking someone or something.

Now I have to go to work.

Because we work on Mondays.
