Today’s theme is: rumor.

So the stomach upset stuff eased up yesterday.

Just not in time for me to have gotten a decent night’s sleep before a long and busy Thursday.

I woke up around 4am yesterday to acid reflux.

Which was a good sign.

I had no acid production going on most of the day with the nausea and the pooping.

In addition to having the acid reflux I also had a screaming headache.

So I traded in gut cramps for brain cramps.

And I fought that headache the rest of the day.

Well at least I can fart again without shitting my pants.

Silver linings!

I’m working on this post before I go to bed on Thursday night, so hopefully I am fully rested as I make my way to coffee with the Blacksmith this morning.

After coffee I am just wrapping up all the shit that I haven’t marked off of my list for the week.

Tomorrow we have futbol games.

I’m hoping to rest as much as possible this weekend.

That whole peeing out of my butt slash not sleeping thing really wiped me out.
