Yesterday was a long blur.

I started the mucking.

I stole some license plates.

I did not buy dog food.

I got put on the list to be assistant referee to a couple of futbol games this weekend.

I also arranged to shadow a mentor ref on Thursday.

He told me to bring my gear.

I feel like I’m going to be participating a lot more than a normal shadow does.

But I’m good with that.

Pretty soon it’s gonna me flying solo out there.

I should get used to tootin’ my whistle in front of a crowd.

If the temperature drops again Thursday like it did last night I’ll be wearing my long sleeves under my uniform shirt.

Today I have more basketball goals to assemble.
