Today’s theme is: annual.

That’s my wall of calendars.

I’ve got nine in my office.

At the house.

Yesterday I drove for four hours.

And still managed to get over 11,000 steps (roughly 5.6 miles).

Just a normal day.

I finished reading The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle and got through most of Where the Crawdads Sing.

Both are great.

I’m attempting to finish reading everything on my “to read” stack in preparation for The Ink Black Heart.

I have about a month to read like 40 books.

No problem.

I’m just not going to be doing anything else until the beginning of September.

So don’t bother expecting me anywhere with anyone.

Unless you want to watch me read.

And then feel free to invite me.

So I can tell you no.

Because I’m busy.

Reading.

Today is going to be nuts.

But I’m starting it with coffee with the Blacksmith.

We are due a catch up.

Then back to crazy shit.
