The Peacemaker.

You all know that I am not a very political person and that I never talk about politics on here. And so I am going to continue that theme today as well. Whether you like the President or not, is irrelevant. The dude won the Nobel Peace prize this morning. That is awesome. He is the third acting President to win the award since it was first given in 1901. He is also the first one to win it since Woodrow Wilson in 1919. Jimmy Carter won in 2002, but was not the acting President. Sadly, it will only be a matter of time before the crazies start using this moment to “prove” that Barry is the AntiChrist. Something in Revelation 13:4 about no one being able to make war with him or something. Some say that the AntiChrist will be a greater bringer of peace and for a time the world will be at peace, and then, everyone dies and God rebuilds the world and we (those of us not burned alive for all eternity) live in paradise for 1,000 millenia. As a Metal Head I cannot help but dig Barry, AntiChrist or not, simply because his last name can be used in a wonderful metal pun – The Obamanation. So Metal. Anywho, in order to celebrate this moment in American History, I will now take this opportunity to embarrass Barry by showing his yearbook photo:

That was called the "Most Likely to Become President 'fro".

That was called the "Most Likely to Become President 'fro".

Well enough about that. I am making slow and steady progress on the Secret Doctor’s Book. I got all of the paper cut yesterday and also got a lead on possibly getting a very small platen press. We shall see about that.

I also got all of the juicy unfinished tidbits out of my old-filled-up Moleskine and put then into my new identical-to-the-old-one Moleskine. I am so used to my worn in notebook that his new one is very crispy. It is weird.

Well, it is that time again. The time when I go pretend to work and Le Duke pretends to pay me for it. More soon. ~SC
