Before I rant, briefly, about random letters, let me first wish two huge Happy Birthdays to Word To Me and Jackie the Mick! Everyone make sure to wish them one as well.

All I’m gonna say about random letters is this:

I have always been told that I was born thirty years too late, but my advisor at school actually said he thought I was born a couple of hundred years too late.

Today is going to be an interesting day. Prop Ninja is going to be “Job Shadowing” me all day. I don’t think that my niece is ready to spend an entire day with me. She thinks that she is, but she’s not. I need to make a list of stuff I have to do today, in no particular order. And by “I” I mean “We” since there will be two of us. Now that I think of it, she is not so much “Job Shadowing” me as much as she is “Life Shadowing” me. We will be drinking coffee, going to class, dealing with my advisor and then dealing with the Chair of the Art department, experiencing the University’s red tape policies, emptying and reloading kilns, trimming forms that I made yesterday, glazing pots, and, hopefully, eating a sandwich at some point. Mmm… sandwich.
