And when I say dozen, you know what I’m talking about boyyyeeeee…

I’d like to begin this morning by wishing a very Happy Birthday to Dea-Pea. Be sure to wish wish him one as well.

Since we last spoke, loads of stuff has happened.

Not really.

I did drive to Little Rock and back. Whilst I was there, I printed a lot of cool stuff. And I met a lot of printing nerds. And I ate a lot of tiny ham sandwiches. I had a blast. Here’re the prints I brought back with me:

Prints

That’s not including my giant one that reads “I Love Big Type!”. You might have seen it in my Daily Photo from Saturday or on the social media.

I also picked up some more 10 line woodtype. This type is more condensed (not quite as wide) than the 10 line woodtype I already got from the Shooting Star…

10 Line Woodtype

Isn’t it bee-yoo-tiful?

I added a few of the photos I took at Shooting Star Press to the Photos 2015 page if you wanna check them out.

I was wiped out by the time I got home Saturday night.

But yesterday morning, I woke up filled with energy and good vibes.

So, I got to work on pickling eggs for everyone’s Grismas presnents. They are also beautiful.

Pickled Eggs

And a little creepy.

I boiled nearly 6 dozen eggs yesterday. It was madness in my house. I had to turn the air conditioner on to bring the humidity down. All of the windows had fogged up and it was nearly 80 degrees (Fahrenheit) in the house. It was crazy talk.

I also was reminded of this artist and song during one of the many conversations I had about the upcoming music/Daily Photo project:

That is next level tear-jerking shit right there.

Yeah.

That was my weekend.

Printed some shit. Pickled some shit.

Movin’ on.

Today is Monday. Let’s do this shit.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~the Egg Man
