Happy Lost Sock Memorial Day!

Man, I miss that sock’s partner.

Yesterday was a good day.

I got so much shit done.

In the non-stop rain.

I mean it stopped at some point, but it was after I was done with the doing of the stuff.

And holy shit did I get some comics yesterday.

It was a big week for issues of stuff that I read. Plus, a handful of stuff that I had been waiting on arrived. And my stack of goodies from Free Comicbook Day.

Overall, my haul barely fit in my travel comic box.

I got done with work pretty early and the Rev. Dark Wombat had taken the day off, so we started stories and had dinner early as well.

Which allowed me to be home earlier than expected.

So sweatpant and comicbook time got to be savored longer than I had hoped was possible on a weeknight.

Today is Thursday.

And it’s back to its usual antics.

I’ve got the bank run and errands first thing.

Then a possible meeting with Janie J about next year’s photo project.

Yeah, I’m already working on it.

I know. It’s crazy that I’m not waiting until the last minute.

After that meeting, I have more errands.

And then the kiddos’ games start and will round out the remainder of the day.

I’m off to chug coffee before my muscles get wrecked some more.
