Comonly expressed as ‘Nature abhors a vacuum.’
I never knew that was the term for it.
Seems appropriate now.
Given that I was going to talk about my poop yesterday.
It was truly something great.
Terrible, yes. But great.
On Monday I ate a whole pizza.
And an extra slice.
On Tuesday I pooped almost a whole pizza.
So I ate a lot of beans and cornbread.
And a couple of extra-ripe bananas.
To help move everything else along.
And it worked.
A shame-faced Loch Ness monster of a poo.
It was so intense when it left my body and wedged itself firmly into the toilet, that I literally felt the remaining contents of my intestines shift down in my body cavity.
Or as Debb the Blebb phrased it “the Mud Slide”.
I felt the Mud Slide.
Nature abhors a vacuum.
Right into the toilet.
Yesterday was a long day.
I’m inching closer to reaching my goals for the month.
I kept squeezing in reading and pacing around in between all the random activities that clients had me doing.
And it cooled off considerably outside.
It was nice enough to have a little sit down…
For about thirty seconds.
And then the mosquitoes descended upon my flesh.
Today is Thursday.
It’s going to be slightly less hectic than normal.
But I’m sure nature will take its course and the gaps in the schedule will fill themselves in.
See ya’ tomorrow.
More soon. ~SC
