It’s a new word. It means describing one insect by convincing you it’s a different insect.

The word of the day is: Polptoton.

Noun. repetition of a word in a different case or inflection in the same sentence; “My own heart’s heart”
repetition – the repeated use of the same word or word pattern as a rhetorical device

Triple heart action for today.

Hey, you should just be happy to get anything after the day that I had yesterday.

I was was tired.

ALL day.

And sweaty.

ALL day.

I just went really hard.

I feel like I may have slept badly and then immediately jumped into a brutal workout.

That’s how I started the day.

And it just went downhill from there.

No part of the day was bad.

It was just a lot.

And my brain was just running on empty.

Coffee couldn’t touch it.

I finally got a little traction in the afternoon, but I was still a mere shadow of what I needed to be.

I’m hoping that having a day off from working out will help me be a little more functionable today.

So far I’m still dragging, but I’m only one cup of coffee in, so there’s still hope.

I’m going to go drink more now.

Wish me luck.

See ya’ tomorrow.

More soon. ~SC
