First off I would like to wish a big Congratulations to Johnny Goodtime (YGB). He was given the coolest gift for his birthday, a son. So, on that note, I would like to welcome Ollie Goodtime (YGB) into this world. Happy Birthday Ollie! I don’t have very many details, but when I have them, then you will have them. I hope Johnny sends me one of those fresh baby photos. The ones where the baby is all red and crinkly and they are wearing a little white outfit with  blue or pink piping and a sock hat. So squishy. Like a little red Winston Churchill.

So, I finished my five day food journal last night. Reading over the past five days, it dawned on me that my nutrition teacher is going to think that I only eat soft tacos and hot dogs. Granted, I eat a lot of both, but the past five days have been strangely packed with the eating of those two particular food items. I could have at least snuck a cheeseburger in there for variety. Hey, I did manage to eat some Bangers and Mash on the record. Well, what are you gonna do, huh? Fugettaboutit.

Well, I have managed to get around later than normal, so I must be off to work. More soon. ~SC
